Detected revisions
Every change detected by comparing the SHA-256 of a document's normalised text against its previous observation. Detection is mechanical; only the summary wording is reviewed by a person.
A silent revision — content changed with no version or date declared — can only be detected by someone who hashed the document beforehand. That is the reason this archive exists.
