Published enforcement actions and inspection findings, recorded with the issuing authority, the date, the entity named in the published document, and the provisions the document cites.
This index records what a published document cites. It contains no analysis of the action, no account of why it occurred, and nothing addressed to any reader. Each entry links to the primary source, which is the only authoritative text.
Inclusion rule. Every record matching the filter is included. The filter is subject matter — computerised systems, software, data integrity, electronic records, validation — and nothing else. There is no editorial selection: entries are not chosen, ranked or omitted by judgment. Complete inclusion within a stated filter is a defensible position; selective omission would not be, because a reader could not know what was left out or why.
